Form submissions: if a visitor submits a form on a customer website, we may process the submitted name, email, phone number, message, consent choices, page source, timestamp, and technical delivery metadata to notify the site owner and operate the form feature.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide website workspaces, generate and edit content, host and publish websites, connect domains, run SEO tools, deliver contact form notifications, process subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve the Services.
For Social Studio, we use connected platform data to show connected accounts, generate or draft content at your direction, schedule posts, publish posts, maintain queues, show publishing status, and provide account or content features you request.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product performance, improve reliability, develop new features, and monitor abuse without identifying individual users where practical.
3. AI Processing
When you use AI-powered features, prompts, website content, social content, and related context may be sent to AI service providers selected by Cosmic Jaunt to generate or revise content. We use these providers to deliver user-facing features in the product.
You should avoid submitting highly sensitive personal information, regulated health information, payment card data, government identifiers, confidential legal facts, or trade secrets into AI prompts unless you have determined that the feature is appropriate for that data.
4. How We Share Information
Service providers: hosting providers, database and infrastructure vendors, email delivery providers, analytics or monitoring providers, customer support tools, AI providers, DNS or domain-related providers, and other vendors that help us operate the Services.
Payment processors: PayPal and other payment providers process subscription checkout, payment authorization, billing events, and related payment data under their own terms and privacy policies.
Connected platforms: when you connect a social network or third-party platform, we share the data needed to authenticate, publish, schedule, or perform actions you request. Those platforms process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
Customer site owners: if you submit a contact form on a customer website, the form contents are delivered to the owner or administrator of that website.
Legal and safety: we may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our terms, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or prevent security incidents.
Business transfers: if Cosmic Jaunt is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, sessions, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the Services, understand site traffic, and operate checkout or embedded features. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some parts of the Services may not work without them.
6. Social Platform Data and Permissions
We request only the permissions needed for the features you choose. For example, Social Studio may need permission to identify connected accounts, manage pages or profiles, upload media, schedule or publish posts, or read status and analytics where supported.
We do not sell social platform data. We do not use connected social platform data for third-party advertising, credit decisions, or unrelated profiling. We do not ask for or store social platform passwords.
You can revoke platform access in the connected platform account settings or request deletion using our Data Deletion Instructions.
7. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain accounts, host websites, process subscriptions, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, keep security logs, and enforce agreements.
If you delete an account or request deletion, we will delete or de-identify personal information unless we need to retain limited records for legal, tax, payment, security, fraud prevention, backup, or legitimate business purposes.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have rights to opt out of certain sharing or targeted advertising if those activities apply.
To make a privacy request, contact [email protected] from the email associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online service is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cosmic Jaunt is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws than your location.
